A wonderful experience at Masseria Agrituristica Lama San Giorgio! 🤍 A beautiful and authentic place where tradition, nature, and warm Italian hospitality come together perfectly. The atmosphere is peaceful and charming, and the food is delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared.

Kids playground was amazing.
The pool was perfect for hot summer days.
The cooking class was a nice touch - Roberta is a fabulous teacher and is part of the family so she was able to share in the knowledge and provide some insight into Lana San Giorgio.
It was close to Bari (30mins).
The festival night for what Puglia has to offer was a great idea!
It was out of town which made it hard to get around as I had no car and a toddler! They weren’t helpful with offering a solution such as a shuttle service or a dedicated taxi person.
They also don’t offer laundry service which made it difficult for our length of stay.
Breakfast is a very limited offering - bread, boiled eggs and cakes/croissants.

The aperol spritz from the bar was good
I was extremely disappointed and frankly shocked by this masseria. We paid €194 (!) for a suite for one night. In the photos, everything looked fine — a bit chaotic in style, but I thought that might add some charm. In reality, the room was tiny and opened onto a depressing inner courtyard with a broken exercise bike and a rusted fitness bench that looked like they had just been abandoned there.
There was also a small private terrace that looked more like a prison yard than a place to relax. The toilet and boiler made loud, disturbing noises all night. The toilet seat was broken. I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls, and in the morning, there was unbearable noise coming from the pool area, which is right next to the room.
Speaking of the pool — it looked chaotic. The layout felt disorganized, and the lounge chairs were uncomfortable. It was honestly a nightmare. Do not spend your money here.
