Willa 4 Pory Roku consists of two villas connected by the beautiful garden. Both are located in peaceful surroundings of the seaside resort Świnoujście, just a 3-minute walk from the sandy beach.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut.
Betten waren viel zu weich. Reinigung erfolgt nur, wenn man die Karte an das Zimmer hängt. Leider erst zu spät gelesen und einfach umständlich. Es war sehr sauber, aber nur bis zu einer Höhe von ca. 2 m. Darüber viel Spinnengewebe.

Die sehr schöne gepflegte urlauber- und tierfreundliche Villa liegt nur etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg vom trubeligen Stadtzentrum mit vielen Einkaufs- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten direkt an der sehr schönen und ruhigen gegenüber-liegenden Strandpromenade mit direktem Strandzugang und eigenem Parkplatz sowie super Frühstück entfernt.
Alle Appartements bieten einen großen kombinierten Wohnbereich mit integrierter kompletter Küche und einem großen familientauglichen Küchentisch. Die Schlafräume sind ebenfalls sehr groß und gut mit komfortablen Betten und jeweils 1 großen LED-Fernseher mit vielen deutschen und internationalen Sendern ausgestattet.
Die ruhige Lage der Villa war wirklich optimal durch die kurze Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum und Stettiner Haff sowie gleichzeitig mit nur ca. 5 km Entfernung zur Insel Usedom mit den 3 Kaiserbädern Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf und Bansin.
Wir konnten so nicht nur mit und ohne Hund spazieren gehen, sondern auch mit Leihfahrrädern die schöne Stadt mit sowie die waldreiche Küste auf gut erschlossenen Radwegen erkunden und das Auto fast völlig in der Villa stehen lassen.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen sind leider saftige Parkgebühren und -knöllchen, die man in kürzester Zeit bekommen kann.
Das Personal war auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit, der perfekt deutsch sprechende Chef hat uns immer gern geholfen.
Es gab wirklich keinerlei Anlass zur Kritik. Die Villa bot selbst für uns langjährige Polenfans den schönsten Ostsee-Urlaub.

Tolle Lage, sehr nah zur Promenade, die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und beinhalten alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker und auf Anfragen wird umgehend reagiert. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende.

Location is great!
Check-in process unclear; had to call a different number than what is listed on the website and then just recieved a curt response from the owner(?) then had wait in the cold for a lady to come from a nearby hotel/restaurant to let us in. The lady from the restaurant was very nice though, I do not believe she was the owner of the property.
Overall, as a guest, disappointed by general lack of concern for guests. We did not feel very welcome from the begining. We came here in February, which we understand is not the high season, but were surprised by the lack of care with the room (example: the balcony was not swept before our arrival). Description of the property on Booking.com is much better than the actual property. Example: "two villas connected by beautiful garden". The two places are connected by a parking lot with two meters of grass.
We liked the beach area very much but will look for different accomodation next time.
