It was a comfortable stay, in a great location that should have been better

I liked the location. Also the room was good sized and comfortable. Other than Lizbeth, the staff were very good to me. The Wifi worked very well. The employees at the front desk and the bar/ restaurant were very nice.

The cleaning lady was strange with me. Lizbeth. She came into my room and flirted, told me I was "guapo". I thought she liked me. We kissed a few times and hugged when she came into my room. She gave me nice compliments and extra amenities. We went out for dinner and I bought her jewelry and then a few days later she tried to tell me we were only friends and she was very rude to me. Also, I've stayed in more humble hotels in Mexico City, in Coyoacán specifically, that offer a complimentary breakfast. I think it's insane to pay so much for a hotel and not get a complimentary breakfast. Anyways, I was excited about the pancakes and french toast but neither was evenly cooked, soft in places and overcooked in others.

Fabulous!

Everything! Very comfortable room. Staff were the friendliest we have ever experienced. The restaurant staff even remembered how I take my coffee after the first morning and my coffee preference is very complicated. The location was good because it was right around the corner from our son’s apartment. From now on we will stay at this hotel every time we come to visit him.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

OK for 1 night and great location.

comfortable bed and decent breakfast.

The charge they quoted at checkin seems expensive. the shower drain was pretty slow. the cell phones didn’t seem to work for some of our calls so we had to use the hotel phone at the front desk.There was a full length mirror blocking part of the hallway from the bedroom to the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stays, that is why we come back every year!

it is clean, courteous, welcoming and very good breakfast

One evening there was a sound above our room that it sounded like being in a bowling alley, once I told the front desk it stopped.

superb and for the seconfd time i enjoy it very much

This was may second visit to this hotel. I like it and is my favorite choise when i need to go to Mexico City . I will be back in the future .

The only issue, but i imagine its not a failure of the hotel is that there was a high volume music noise due to a party or a pub or bar in front of the hotel

The friendly staff made a difference. The entire hotel was clean.

Understanding the air conditioner controler. I thought i was converting the Celsius to Fahrenheit correctly but i wasn't.
