The staff are amazing, they go out of their way to help, they speak English and they are a great source of information for local services.
Our 2nd night a large group of small children came (school group) they were horrendous making noise, playing knock down ginger l, screaming & yelling till late at night and early in the morning, when they left a school group of teenagers arrived and again more noise and teachers who bang on every door at 6;30am without consideration of other guests. we had only 3 quiet nights because of group bookings

swimming pool was not bad
some people in the reception were friendly unlike the waiters
- far from the beach
- waiters ignored us at the breakfast - they never came to ask us if we wanted coffee
- the food at the breakfast was bad. one day the food was fermented and inedible. we had the feeling that they tried to poison us with food. we had to complain. problem was that the people in the reception did not speak english very well so we had to solve the problem via booking.com. if you want quality service do not visit this hotel.
