good service. One of the rooms had a problem with the shower room and the staff was quick to offer help

Used as a base for a 5 day motorbike trip. Parking was superb, plenty of spaces on a hard concrete surface.
Ram and Bhavik were lovely and helpful, they also found some cable ties for running repairs on the bike.
Need to update the picture of the building on the website as, we were looking for a white building but its now been painted a terracotta colour.
Would have preferred warm hard boiled eggs rather than cold, and a separate hot water machine from the coffee machine. My tea tasted if coffee every morning

It was in a good place on our drive from Calais to Ancona. The staff were lovely.
It is very run down and in desperate need of refurbishment.
