Very nice staff and excellent location. The location is probably the biggest strength of this place. Nice standard, as the room we had seemed to have been renovated and repainted fairly recently.
A good feature is that the hotel has a bunch of dedicated garage spots in a separate part of the public garage underneath it. Although all parking spots have decent width, some are wider, so if you want a wide spot I'd ask for it when you reserve the parking.
Nothing particular was very negative, but the place had the usual small issues that this kind of vacation rental apartments (just like e.g. Pierre Vacances) in France have - for instance the usual French unhygienic oddity of having a separate WC with no hand wash basin in the WC, and a sub-optimal layout (doors in odd places). The corridors and above all the floor carpets in the corridors were quite shabby and stained, and looked like they need to be renovated.
