Overall stay friendly staff and clean rooms

Staffs are very friendly

Room twin is rather small Space for praying are really limited Have to do in between the 2 twin beds but Alhamdulillah managed to get in between

Excellence service. Seamless check in. Indulge in a delightful vibrant of breakfast buffet.

Service was excellence. From the valets/attendance, porters and reception/check in counters. Breakfast was great. We love having breakfast there as staffs were very friendly and their meticulous attention to customer service and hospitality. Varieties of very good foods were served there. Stefan and his staffs done an excellence job. My daughter loves the painting, playing 'chefs' and the kids movie sessions. It was a great stay.

We like it ALL. We'd booked earlier of the month asking for very good city view. I guessed the hotel was full when we check in. Our room was at lowest level so the city view was not what we'd expected (partly genteng dari gedung sebelah). But we're ok.

Disappointing

The breakfast menu

I paid more and choose Premier Room with hope to have the new or renovated room, but I got the old room, note renovated yet. Apparently premier rooms are not renovated rooms and more pricey than standard room. I’m disappointed.

great stay

staffs were super friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent, delicious! room was modernly furnished, the long sofa by the window was comfortable and instagrammable.

water wasn't really that hot (a lil bit over lukewarm)

An amazing, friendly, culinary and comfortable experience

The staff were extraordinary. I would like to mention all staff by names (e.g. Rudy, Inan, Andi) but there are so many, but Courtyard by Marriot should be proud of their employees. The chefs and dining staff were exemplary - as a vegetarian, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Reception, bar and cleaning staff were so helpful and obliging. The location was the best

The only thing I would comment on is the AC - engineering were great and tried to rectify the situation (too hot in the room, even when AC set at 18), but my need for a cold room may have been unreasonable. Engineering arranged a platter of fruit to apologize for any inconvenience

The staff were extremely helpful, room very comfortable, breakfast amazing, and location great.

The room was well appointed with good sized bed, amazing sheets and pillows, and a decent bathroom with a wetroom-type shower.

The room was slightly dusty but seemed to be dust from sheets as it did not have a carpet floor but hotel was quick to remedy this.

There are some rooms that have no view, and the rooms are a bit old even though it's clean

I booked a king size bed with a bathtub fasility and got one room without a bathtub. Despite I paid a premium prize for

convenience location and strategic place for strolling around town.

Hotel quality and amenities doesn’t qualified for the stars they’ve earned.

Very good

Lovely room. Comfy bed. USB sockets. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff excellent. We didn't use the facilities but looked good. Nice restaurants nearby easily accessible by Grab.

Nothing really. I think if we went again we'd stay near or at the trans luxury but it was too pricey. Even better selection of restaurants near there. The Courtyard was great value for money.
