The bed is awful

The staff are very friendly, the room was pleasant and very clean.
It's a very busy part of town, and with the windows open it can be difficult to sleep because of the outside noise. This would not have been a problem the rest of the year, but during a heatwave windows had to stay open.

This hotel is in a great location, it is surrounded by restaurants and shops and is in a nice area of the city. It is just a short walk away from a metro station which we used daily to travel around the city. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. The rooms are a bit dated, and the noise at night outside the window could be quite loud (however i’m aware this is not the hotels fault). The rooms felt clean enough and we were provided with fresh towels daily. Overall a very pleasant stay, and well worth your money.
