A great hotel with wonderful staff. There are many stairs to get to the hotel, but that was initially by the hotel staff before arriving. The hotel is well maintained, and the breakfast is intercontinental with good quality of food.
The porter Carlo was helpful with the luggage.

Location is good.
When I check-in , the reception staff did not explain about breakfast and Wifi password.
However, reception staff at check-out was very kind.
Of course she is a different person.
