The hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful location, away from heavy tourist crowds. The rooms are clean & comfortable.
The attic room is difficult to access with heavy luggage, so be prepared for that.

Gorgeous location with amazing views from the room - we didn’t have a balcony but our windows open completely and so it almost felt the same! Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The car park is secure, with luggage service if you need it. Breakfast was also brilliant, with proper coffee included too (even made with alternative milks which was a great surprise!). A minor thing but I loved the keys!
Nothing - over our 2 week holiday, we stayed in 8 places and both my partner and I agreed this was the best hotel!

Booking was OK, communication was ok. private parking is in some close walking distance, location of the hotel is great, just spot on, in in the middle of where you want to be.
Breakfast ist super-good! Staff is helpful and friendly. Location and room is very clean.
The room! You may get such a room when you just book for one night, as we did. It was clean, nice equipped and facing rear side / a small alley (as we may have booked). There's the problem: The room itself is just too small! Its a better broom closet without ventilation. If you have windows shut (due to noise) you suffocate! There's just not enough air supply for two people for the night! Opening the window exposes you to the kitchen noise (kitchen is just below your room).
All in all, the hotel appears to be quite good. We may just have been unlucky to get the broom closet.
The question I ask myself: Would I come again: for a longer stay, it may be Ok, but I would need to check what room I get upfront!
