Śniadanie, wliczone w cenę, znakomite. Smaczne potrawy i bardzo urozmaicone. Obsługa wyśmienita, b. dobra komunikacja zarówno na recepcji jak i na innych stanowiskach. Wynajmowany pokój łazienką lśnił czystością. Kawiarnia ze znakomitymi ciastami, polecam ciasto marchewkowe oraz sernik w polewie malinowej. Ciekawe muzeum, przecudowna wystawa okresowa Inicjał (szkoda, że tylko do końca sierpnia), znakomita atmosfera, pełna zaangażowania i erudycji Pani przewodniczka wycieczek. Wspaniałe widoki na Wisłę, malownicze położenie na skałce wapiennej. Piękny śpiew mnichów, chorał gregoriański pozwala się wyciszyć i nabrać dystansu do trudów codziennego życia.

Jedynym mankamentem mojego pobytu u Benedyktynów w Tyńcu było zakwaterowanie w jednym z pokojów na trzecim piętrze Domu Gości - brak wentylacji i gorąco pod rozgrzanym dachem utrudniały zaśnięcie, w praktyce uniemożliwiały pełen wypoczynek, a przecież nie była to pora upałów. Godny pożałowania stan ulicy dochodzącej od "centrum" Tyńca (spod Żabki) do Opactwa, absolutnie nieprzyjaznej dla pieszych, to zaniedbanie ze strony samorządu Tyńca, nie jest to więc zarzut wobec Klasztoru.

Cisza, spokój, czas na refleksję. Pokój urządzony dość ascetycznie, ale chyba tego właśnie człowiek oczekuje po klasztorze. W cenie pokoju wyśmienite śniadanie w formie bufetu oraz możliwość zwiedzania opactwa z przewodnikiem. Gorąco polecam!
