la posizione vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi
potrebbe avere maggiore punteggio ma la camera presentava dei difetti, come scarico del bagno che si bloccava, assenza di prodotti da bagno (sapone per le mani), mattonelle nella doccia rotte, condizionatore che perdeva acqua. Secondo me dovrebbero fare dei lavori ordinari di manutenzione

After asking for an upgrade at least for one of the rooms with kids - we had luck on availability -, everything was perfect! The AC was working properly, the breakfast is unexceptional, with very kind staff. If they could renew all the rooms - same as the “superior rooms” and the restaurant -, and the hotel at least inside, it would be the BEST in Maiori and around!
Based on the photos it was a much better hotel, than in reality.

Quello che sicuramente manca in questa struttura è l’attenzione verso il cliente. Ho avuto l’impressione che l’obiettivo principale fosse il risparmio, anche su piccole cortesie che invece fanno la differenza. Una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto, il reintegro dei prodotti da bagno, offrono tè,caffè solubile in stanza e poi si perdono per una bottiglietta d’acqua presa dal frigo.. comunque anche una maggiore attenzione nel rifornire la colazione sono dettagli dal costo minimo ma molto apprezzati dagli ospiti.
Per quanto riguarda le camere, consiglio di scegliere una Superior, perché risultano più nuove, moderne e decisamente più curate.
La colazione, invece, non l’ho trovata scarsa: è piuttosto semplice ma offre una buona varietà tra dolce e salato, con torte, cornetti, crostate e plumcake, anche ma macchinetta per cappuccino,caffè funziona bene e le bevande sono buone anche nelle porzioni
Nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta, soprattutto perché rispetto ad altre strutture della zona i prezzi sono leggermente più contenuti. Con qualche attenzione in più verso il cliente, però, l’esperienza
potrebbe migliorare notevolmente.
Il parcheggio a 75 € per tre giorni è piuttosto caro, anche se resta comunque più conveniente rispetto al parcheggio pubblico della zona.
