We were in apartment 9. It was perfect for our family. The location was great with a short walk to the historic city center. We had plenty of space and enjoyed having a soaking tub AND a walk in shower. The washing machine was also helpful and appreciated. It is great to have the washer and dryer in the common area available too. The bench in the closet provided easy access and easy organization of our things. The welcome basket and morning fresh bread was wonderful. This was our favorite of all the places we stayed during our trip.
1. Need to provide some paper towels and more tea bags. There were no paper towels and only one dishtowel. We only had a few tea bags in the room and the common area had run out.
2. Provide information on getting to the property. There was a gate at the street Google maps said to go to the property so our bolt driver left us there and was had to walk up the very steep hill with our bags. We later learned he could have taken the back street and gotten us super close.

Great location, hidden away from the main city but only by a short walk! Everything was brand new, clean and we loved getting fresh bread every morning! Access to the property was safe and simple!

Great property and location
Could send a digital map to new comers to Sintra via email to save going in circles trying to navigate the streets and alleys. One we were there 1.5 days we had it down pat

Location is not suitable for the elderly,
Room was much smaller than expected.
Before booking confirm all fees as I have just been sent a cleaning invoice which was not mentioned when booking.
Also you are not informed that no cars are allowed in the Historical section of town .......only once you have booked do you receive a mail informing you and where one can park your car if you are driving. The wifi was very slow.
