Distinctive experience!

Idou Tiznit hotel is undoubtedly the highlight of my stay in Tiznit. It has helpful, professional, and friendly members on staff who verily understand your needs. The morning breakfast service is lovely and customizable for free to fulfill your needs. In the meantime, the room was always clean and well-kept! Thanks to the housekeepers and assistants. I highly recommend that you set this as your favorite and first stay place whenever you head to this beautiful city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Idou Tiznit Hotel, and it was a distinctive experience. From the day I arrived, the staff, Mouna, Hicham, and Abdellah, went beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. If truth be told, it was a luxurious accommodation, other than exceptional service; a truly memorable stay! Superb

Overall, IDOU TIZNIT HOTEL is an amazing accommodation place and is highly recommended for everyone who looks for calmness, clean and value hotel. The housekeepers did a perfect job and the staff are very professional Besides, the hotel is located nearby the city center and at the conjunction of major ways; in other words, you will find it easy to visit various areas. Warm regards to anyone that helped me during this stay, specifically, the front desk agents and the housekeeper.

Put-offish, over-charging Hotel Idou.

The desk staff was very unfriendly, even to the point of beligerance. Not once did i see a smile or hear a kind word or tone of voice. The air conditioner in the hotel didn't work, and it was quite hot in my room all night. On the way out, I was charged 20 Dirhams for a 3oz bottle of water. Definitely not a good place to stay. Keep looking; there must be something better and fairer in town.

Very good

The location was great, staff very nice. Foyer was beautiful.

The room was very hot even after turning the fan up and the air on colder. The shower was mediocre, tepid water. The bed was very hard, not at all comfortable.

Inexpensive upmarket stopover en route to other destinations.

Hotel is big and fancy with modern clean rooms with all facilities.I was given a very nice room with fridge but no balcony,when I asked for a room with balcony I was moved to one,although it had no fridge,it was fine.Had a pool to relax by in the sun.Good location by the main junction entering the town.Good value for money.Good wifi.Comfortable for overnight stay.

Pool area was neglected and unclean,loungers were dirty and pigeons mess around pool.Best for business travellers but when I was there empty,big empty dining rooms and advertised bar which was not occupied.No foreign TV channels.

Regret of spending a night in idou tiznit

I would say the staff at the front desk and the porter are nice. Plus the location

The hotel is old and not clean at all. My room had lot of ants which were disturbing and i found them over my bags and clothes. The pool was open to public and we could not swim since it was crowded and noisy and no space left for the residents of the hotel To relax . We had to wait till 6pm when the public have to leave. Wifi was poor Breakfast was poor and so basic and we had to take breakfast outside .
