The apartment is modern, spacious, and seems to be quite new. Apart from the bed, everything was very clean and the overall accommodation was comfortable and nicely presented.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. Communication in English was quite difficult. There is no kitchen, although the photos gave us the impression that there would be one.
The biggest cleanliness issue was the bed: both the pillows and the bed had several different hairs on them, which was quite unpleasant. There was also only one small blanket provided for two people.
Another major disappointment was the parking situation. The description states that free parking is available, but this was not the case. Finding a parking space in the area was already very difficult, and we then had to pay for parking as well. This was extremely frustrating, especially because we had specifically relied on the information provided in the listing.
There was also construction work taking place in the courtyard, with hammering starting early in the morning. A dog barked frequently whenever people entered or left the building, which added to the noise.
Finally, we could not find the Wi-Fi password anywhere in the accommodation.
Overall, the apartment itself has potential and feels modern and new, but unfortunately several details made our stay less comfortable than expected.
