In an addition to unbeatable location (right in the center, in a beautiful historical building, with a terrace with a view) the exceptional charm comes from the family owned nature of this hotel. From the first second of arrival until the very last of farewell, you feel a kind family-like (but not at all intrusive) hospitality that no regular hotel can give you. Kudos and congratulations to the family!

The owners are absolutely fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. Rememebr it's a 2 stars hotel, so you might not have a Nespresso machine in the bedroom, but the hotel and our room was spotless, the service was incredible. The owners cannot do enought to help and support you. Will 100% stay here again when we will back to Bologna.

The location is excellent.
No coffee making facilities, bathroom awkward (step up to shower a little tricky). I didn’t feel totally at ease, a bit of a strange vibe, hard to describe.
