We arrived when the reception office, which was a short walk from the accomodation, was closed and were sent really clear instructions and codes to be able to get our keys, and clear directions to the actual apartment. The accomodation was clean with everything you need for your stay.
The location of the apartment was fantastic with everything on your doorstep, you are a short 4 minute walk from the main city square. The location was perfect for all the main sights, short 15-20 minute walk to the Jewish quarter, river and castle.
I can safely say there was nothing that we didnt like. It is a lively location so if you want complete peace it may not suite you, but if you are wanting the full city experience it is perfect.

Very close to city center, very spacious apartment. All in one, it was a pleasant stay given the location. We did not have to walk a long path to see the best of Krakow

Central location, close square, clean bedding, spacious, staff at reception pleasant and helpful
Very basic, apartment changed the day before due to some refurbishment, two bedrooms but walking through them to the bathroom lacked privacy, windows handle broken then window wouldn’t close properly, very noisy outside all night, not very clear were apartment was as no number on the door, expensive for the standard of it
