Nestled in Belmar, this charming house for $417 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Centrally located in Belmar just four blocks from the beautiful Belmar beach and two blocks from the shops and restaurants on Main Street, this family home is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Shore has to offer. This 4-bedroom beach house with eat-in kitchen, separate dining room with seating for 8 and wrap-around front porch offers plenty of space to spread out and relax while you are on vacation. One bedroom is located on the lower level and three bedrooms are on the upper level. There is a full bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The first floor bathroom was updated this year and has a walk-in shower with multiple shower jets. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and a new washer and dryer on the first floor. After a day at the beach, relax in the fenced-in backyard and enjoy the newly installed hot tub (available only in season). There are also two BBQ grills and an outdoor table and seating for enjoying family meals in the evenings. The wrap-around porch affords a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the sea breezes. There are also two balconies off of the upstairs master bedroom. Inside, the living room includes a flat screen TV and cable television and there are televisions in three of the bedrooms as well. Do not miss this opportunity to enjoy quality family time at the Jersey Shore. Belmar/Lake Como is about an hour from NYC, 15 minutes from the boardwalk at Point Pleasant. Make memories to last a lifetime. If you are looking for the perfect getaway for you and your family, you have come to the right place! We welcome your well-trained dog in our home as we realize that some pet owners struggle with leaving part of their family. There is an extra pet fee. Please note we are only interested in renting to responsible adults who will care for our home as if it were your own. No group rentals. Our neighbors are all full-time residents who will not tolerate loud, late night behavior.

House was immaculate. Everything was as pictured in the listing. Comfortable and spacious home. Fully stocked from toilet paper to beach umbrellas. Owner thought of everything!! Would definitely rent again.

This was a nice house located 1/2 mile from the beach. The owner was very accommodating to my family and dogs. The fenced-in yard was so wonderful for our dogs to hang out with us. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was a nice amenity. The neighbors are elevated and so it's not very private, but they were very friendly. Would stay here again.

We love the beach at Belmar, restaurants, ice cream joint, and the boardwalk. My grandson likes all the playgrounds and I love my morning 3 mile run along the beach. The house is great with a hot tub and enclosed back yard, great for my son's dog. My only complaint was the dirty floors, bureaus, fridge top, etc.

We stayed here for a long weekend in April. The house was clean and perfect for what our family needed. The house is walking distance from the beach/boardwalk, as well as a kids playground right on the beach. Walk a could blocks the other way and there are plenty of good food options. Tiffany was very responsive to my questions before arrival and checking in was a breeze! Definitely recommend.

This house was perfect for our beach weekend. Very clean with plenty of complimentary sanitizer and cleaning products, a fully fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs, and it was walkable to the beach. The owners communicated quickly and were so kind and helpful. We hope to come back next summer!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Historic Victorian! The place was clean and well appointed and had a huge backyard- for our City dogs to run - and a welcoming hot tub. The Beach was a short walk and was clean and not too crowded with a beautiful boardwalk for miles along the Atlantic. We cooked at home each night so the 2 BBQs were perfect! In the hectic times we live in this was the perfect Sanctuary for me and my family!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this great Victorian beach house! It is close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of room in this charming home with wraparound porch. Great backyard, 2 bbqs, hot tub and plenty of room for family fun and gatherings. We will definitely go back!

Our family had an awesome week. It was nice to have a main floor bedroom, so my 75 year old parents did not have to do stairs when they visited one day. The house is between Main St. and the beach, so we could walk to a lot of places. The owner was great and responded immediately to any questions. Looking forward to renting again.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this charming Victorian home. Plenty of room, comfortable beds. Loved the big dining table that easily accommodated 8. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to many great restaurants and shops. Plenty of on street parking as well as a large drive way. Be aware that the 4 block walk to the beach are long blocks for very young children, consider bringing a stroller.

This property was lots of fun to stay at and we’d probably go back. Pluses were the proximity to Belmar Beach, outdoor shower, hot tub, plenty of rooms for our large party, parking for 3 cars, and a playground within walking distance for our littles. Minuses were a small kitchen with little space to store food we brought, tiny oven that couldn’t fit a 12” pizza, we had to bring our own linens and towels, and the bedroom with a full bed was too small to fit a pack and play in for our toddler. Other than those minor inconveniences, it was a great stay for the price. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you :)

We stayed here for a family funeral. Coming from Ohio we were limited on what we could bring. Everything was there for us. All we needed was food. Having 4 bedrooms was great for the 5 of us. So glad we opted for this instead of a hotel!

This is an older house with lots of charm. My family was coming into town for a wedding, so my aunt and uncle decided to rent the house with us so we could spend more time together before and after the wedding. It was perfect for that. It was cold, but we were still able to walk to and along the beach. The house and area are very comfortable and inviting. We didn't really use it because of the weather, but the porch is gorgeous. Oh, and sometimes older homes don't heat well, but we were all nice and cozy!

The house was ideally situated between Main Street and the beach. There was enough room for all of us, wish we had time to enjoy the hot tub.
