Good location, friendly staff on the phone, good shower
Super thin mattress, the check-in procedure can be a bit more streamlined, e.g. with pictures or a dropped pin as the entrance is not at the official address and some other peculiarities, where to drop off the key at check-out could be more explicit too with pics.
(all in all it was fine, just could've been simplified)

Excellent location — everything is close by, including many attractions and a great milk bar for affordable meals. The tram stop is nearby, with easy connections to all the main attractions such as Zoo, Aquapark, and Hydropolis. The apartment was quiet and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. A great place to stay — we would definitely recommend it.
The kitchen could be a bit better equipped — for example, with a baking tray and a cutting board — but for a short stay it was perfectly sufficient.

Location and apartment was large
Fridge did not work properly, lack of mattresses for kids bed, poorly equipped kitchen, in fact there was only one pot working on the induction stove.
