Clean (except for the balconies).
A weekly supply of towels.

During our stay, a kind elderly lady allowed us to help ourselves to figs straight from the tree.
Peaceful, peaceful, and a quiet retreat.
We've been to various parts of Italy several times. We tend to choose cheaper accommodations because that's where we only sleep. Other Italians have accustomed us to a higher standard. We've always found coffee capsules waiting for us (here we had to buy them ourselves), olive oil, pasta, croissants, cookies, spices (here they didn't even have salt or sugar), paper towels, a supply of garbage bags or toilet paper. At this accommodation, we only had a bottle of water in the fridge, dish soap, and hand soap. The owner is very kind and provides all the information via WhatsApp. However, I think that at a low cost, he could significantly improve the standard of this place, for example, by leaving the aforementioned kitchen and bathroom items for guests, or a beach umbrella and loungers (this will be a cost he incurs every few years, and the guests will be very happy). This accommodation is simply okay.
There's no waste bin in the restroom.
Garbage is segregated into 5 sections, but the bin only contains two containers with one garbage bag each. When I reported the missing bags, the host provided two more bags. Unfortunately, that's still only 4 bags for 5 sections for a 7-day stay.
The balconies are dirty – the floor, chairs, and table are dirty.
Air conditioning is only in the living room/kitchen, and only fans in the bedrooms.
Lots of mosquitoes.
"Toiletries" are just liquid hand soap.
One roll of toilet paper per 2 adults for a week's stay.

We chose to have a quiet place this time. And this was it. The view was on the rolling hills with grazing sheeps ahead, the sea was on the right, the mountains were on the left. The walk to the apartments is uphill, so this time we did not gain extra weight during the vacation. The nearest beach is not perfect, but we had 100m stripe of it only for us two.
The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean.
The host was very helpful, he explained everything to us.
It could be better to fill the questionnair upon arrival. Otherwise, it was a hassle to print, fill and scan again just few hours before the trip.
Could be nice to have some extra 35l trash bags for a long stay, as the nearby stores sell only big size.
The beds were a bit hard, but this may be a matter of an opinion.
The gas stove ignites with some delay, so there was some gas smell while cooking.
