Buen hotel

El desayuno es muy bueno, la distribución del hotel, la habitación es cómoda

We would recommend this hotel.

This modern hotel is located in a quiet part of Miraflores near a park which is ideal for a morning walk. The variety of food for breakfast was excellent. All the staff we met were very friendly. Several restaurants within walking distance just be careful crossing the roads.

The air conditioning unit in the adjacent room was quite loud. (Our unit was off)

A happy, comfortable place to be for all travellers.

Great and friendly service which meant a lot to our large family group with wide-ranging needs and interests. We positively enjoyed spending time in this well-designed hotel - meeting up for a drink on the rooftop terrace and in other attractive sitting areas with the attention to planting. Another plus- Girasoles is located in a quiet, green area and yet convenient for visiting Lima on foot or by taxi.

Breakfast was good with different options, room was clean and tidy and the location in Miraflores was good, close to shops, restaurants and not far from a view of the sea from the cliff top.

Room was a little small for us and a bit dated.

A perfect small hotel for a group of 10 for a family wedding in Lima

Clean modern hotel with soundproof rooms. We had a ground floor room with a small terrace. Good location and friendly helpful staff

My room was very nice and quite big. The staff was mostly very competent and hospitable. Breakfast was also good.

At the first night I got a room offered with unchanged, dirty sheets from the previous guest. That was a bit disgusting and annoying. But after I complained about the issue, I got a room with freshly washed sheets and the problem was solved. (Hopefully the hotel learned that every new guest deserves freshly washed sheets, at the day of check in and not the used and dirty ones from the previous guest.)

Superb

The hotel is very nice and has a lot of people staying for business there, but also tourists. Shower was good, breakfast also and the bed was big. I stayed in total three weeks in Girasoles Hotel and really enjoyed my stay there. All of the staff was mostly very friendly, hospitable and even passionate, including the management. "Willy" the manager is a very kind man, which I could enjoy a few very interesting conversation with. I also remember Carla, Sheryl and the other receptionists which were all very professional. I WISH YOU "WILLY" AND THE REST OF YOUR TEAM, TO GET THROUGH THIS POLITICAL CRISIS IN YOUR COUNTRY ASAP, THAT YOU CAN CONTINUE TO WORK WITH PASSION AT YOUR HOTEL AND WELCOME MANY NEW GUESTS.

Sometimes is it a bit noisy , cause there are sometimes events with loud music at the rooftop, but it's ok.

Very good value for money

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were supposed to arrive in the day the airport got closed due to the accident and we were able to move our reservation without any fee being charged to us. This was perfect!

Really nice place to stay

This is a nice place to stay in Lima. Check in was friendly and staff in general were friendly; some breakfast staff even remembered daily requests. Rooms was clean and reasonably spacious with good beds. Clean linen and towels. The hotel breakfast is varied, with some additional options cooked to order. The restaurant used for breakfast and dinner is pleasant and the food on the dinner menu was very good. Good location with a short, safe walk to the central area and a metropolitan bus station. Overall recommended.

Being really picky, the attention to detail on cleaning e.g. hairs could be marginally better: this would only mean it could then be described as impeccable rather than just clean to an acceptable level. From an environmental perspective it would be worth only changing sheets when guests request this with the card provided. The shower taps were a little loose making it hard to adjust. Maybe also have a choice of pillows. None of these are big enough reasons not to stay.

The staff was helpful from the booking until the checkout. Love the bountiful breakfast, especially on the weekends! It's location was on point , everything was within walking distance.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger.

Great hotel choice near Metropolitano - comfy, affordable and well-staffed

Staff excellent, helpful and attentive throughout. Breakfast range was nice, including sausage and the occasional chicharron. Location has pros and cons. It's easy distance from Benavides and Ricardo Palma metropolitano stops; is slightly beyond the core area of Miraflores so it's 3-4 blocks for nearest cafes and restaurants, but that means it's quieter and has less traffic. Elevator. Dedicated parking spots outside but not on the street (easy access). Fridge and safe all nice amenities.

The breakfast coffee could be better, or maybe have a self-service coffee machine. Interior noise in common spaces can be loud (like near stairs and elevator). Working the three remotes for TV could use some initial guidance.

The location is good, the breakfast is good, the staff are very nice and helpful. We need to change our check in and out time and were very kind and helpful.

The room was cold and there was only one blanket. It was late so we didnt ask for another.
