Its a cosy hotel with colonial vibes but quite spacious. I had the room with the balcony was was cool to just people watch. Its very central to everything, atm and laundromat nearby and lots of food options. The manager Linda was very helpful and kind, even when I complained about a situation that I practically blamed her for (wasn't her fault), Linda called me straight away to sort out. SORRY again Linda! Your boss is very lucky to have you as the house manager.
Just a bit of a smell in the toilet when we first got to the room, probably due to it being hot and also as toilet paper in vietnam goes into the bin. Suggestion would be to spray the bin with antibacterial spray for extra hygiene.

Central to old Hanoi but in a slightly quieter street than some others. Close (5 mins) to beautiful lake. Lovely room with balcony and a lovely breakfast too.
Bed a little firm but still slept well!

I liked the location and the comfort of the room. Let’s not forget the friendliness of the staff. Everything was great. I recommend the place.
Maybe the lighting in the room. That’s about it.

Great location, good-sized comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast.
Not transparent in the booking information about fees and also seeming to try to overcharge (fee to pay by card was 8%, booked transfer and didnt get vehicle that we paid for).
