Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the sauna and gym facilities.
The lifts were way too small and claustrophobic.

The location, the comfort, the quiet nights, the breakfast atmosphere, the serving staff at the breakfast room
Tha hairdryer was ancient and not even functioning properly.
There was a smell in the bathroom , probably from the drainage.
The fauset was so close to the sink that you could not wash properly.
The elevators had always dirty floors,
Also, after a ling and tiring trip, we had to fill papers, pay and do all the technicalities before going to our room, as if we couldn’t another time.
I asked for a surprize drink and dessert during my stay, due to personal anniversary. The couldn’t understand the occasion and proposed a typical welcoming thing upon arrival, at first. Then, when they finally understood, the proposed what they could arrange( not much) and at the annuversary day noone had the curticy to spare a wish. As we always travel when on that annuversary, been to Brussels, Lisbon, Baltic, Amsterdam, Berlin, e.t., it was the first time of such an unwillingness to a real hospitality service or communication. When we left, I had to contact to inform that I left a small amount of money in our room. It was not about the amount, it was about the communication depreciation. The answer had the same quality of the small plastic bowl they put chips in and charge it ridiculously much at their bar ( Everywhere in Europe they put it in a better bowl and don’t even charge it, btw)
So, really, ladies and gentlemen of the hotel management and front desk, it is bot about MAKING NO MISTAKES, because nobody minds those, we are only human
It is about MAKING THINGS RIGHT, respecting, enough your guests to feel apreciated and welcomed.
