The apartment is on the outskirts of Seefeld and was pretty quiet at night. It has been very nicely refurbished and is well furnished and very clean. It consists of one main room: lounge/kitchen/ bedroom, and a separate bathroom, and was quite small but was fine for a short stay. There is a big double bed, very comfortable with a mattress topper, and a separate sofa bed. The bathroom is spacious and there is a great shower and lots of hot water plus big fluffy towels. The kitchen was well equipped and there were some teabags and sugar. There is a sitting out area by the door. Parking was great.
Seefeld is a nice town with great walks and plenty of good restaurants.
The building itself looks a little shabby and you have to go downstairs, round the back and along a rather uneven path to get to the door but that doesn’t reflect how the apartment is inside. It was quite hot inside though a fan was provided.

Nice clean apartment. The owner was very responsive and help us figure out how to communicate with him even though we did not have a phone.
The apartment had very strong smell of a toilet freshener, air freshener and the bedding was washed with strong smelling cleaner. We tried to air it all out but it still lingered. Difficult to sleep with such strong chemical smells. Not my style of decor.
