Great villa, very clean and well decorated. Nice pool area, shared with the other 5 villas but hardly saw another person when we were there. The villa has two sunbeds dedicated for your use.
Lovely main bedroom with large double bed and door direct to outside. Other bedroom has two single beds - it’s a small room but ok for kids.
Nice outside area with sofas which are a nice place to sit and look out in the mornings and evenings and down the steps you also have your own covered table for lunch/dinner outside. Plus there is a table inside as well.
Air conditioning throughout plus washing machine with detergent provided by the owner.
Small kitchen but adequate enough plus another separate toilet upstairs as well.
Location is good but suggest a car is needed. You can walk to the nearest beach (about 5 minutes to New Golden Sands) which is nice and has two restaurants and one has a bar where you can buy takeaway drinks for the beach.
If you like windsurfing, foil or wing then this is the place to be. Two surf clubs here.
Golden Sands beach is further. Probably about 20 minute walk but is a great beach. Plenty of restaurants and beach bars here plus water sports. And both beaches have beds and umbrellas to hire. Neither beach was busy when we were there late August.
Not much I didn’t like here. But if you don’t have a car then could be difficult. It’s about 15 minute walk back to main road where you can catch a bus to the supermarket and other beaches and towns. But there is no where nearby to walk to for shopping.

La vue est sublime ! C’est l’element essentiel de cette location
la deco est soignée
La wifi était top
La piscine est grande
Vasilis est super sympathique il nous a apporté une poêle pour 4 sur notre demande et des serviettes propre il est a l’ecoute et disponible sur demande
Il est d’ailleurs l’élément principal qui justifie la note !
La proximité du voisinage ce n’est pas une villa mais plus un appartement avec une terrasse coincée entre deux habitations ! On a peu d’intimite pour diner le soir ou discuter sur la terrasse ! La piscine était sale les deux premiers jours des odeurs nauséabondes issues du voisin qui possède toute une bascourt et des animaux morts (de très nombreux lapins sur le secteur) ! Le réveil par le
Coq et les chiens sont aussi à prendre en compte
La présence des fourmis dans les chambres
Il y a uniquement deux transats à la
Piscine pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge ça va mais avec deux adolescentes c’était compliqué

La localisation avec une plage agréable située à courte distance à pied de la location.
Ce n’est pas une villa mais un appartement et ni les équipements, corrects, ni les terrasses n’en font un établissement « deluxe ». À titre de comparaison l’appartement à côté est aussi en location et n’est pas affublé du titre « deluxe ».
