Excellent service and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Location was convenient right next to the tram station and walking distance from the city center. Laundry machine at the property was greatly helpful! Supermarket is right around the corner.
I wish there was a gym!!

The room is very spacious with large comfortable beds and two good pillows per bed. The room is quiet with very little noise from inside or outside. The room has its own microwave oven, and it even has racks for two bicycles. There's a Fuji supermarket a couple of minutes' walk away, and the hotel provides a 5% discount coupon. The staff were very friendly.

Clean hotel, well located, spacious room, onsen style bathroom. Easy access to town and the tram network. Friendly staff.
Nothing really ! Pillows were a bit soft perhaps….
