Location. Staffs wonderful and helpful. If you're aiming for location then its good for your $ all walkable and bus at front.
Hotel is old. It be nicer if owner put in some $ to update everything.

The location is great, it's just behind the road of the Promenade des Anglais (because it's a road, it's also quite noisy--but still, the property is right behind the beach :) ) I was also impressed by the new feather pillows with OEKO-TEX label!
The property and the room are very old. Not ancient. Old. Not renovated since a little while. The sound isolation between the rooms is close to zero. The shower room is extremely small and very unconfortable.
All in all, if I ever had to recommend it (that I am not), I'd recommend for an overnight stay, but not longer.
