Staff even with limited English very helpful
I got insect bites in room I was staying and cold tap came off in shower and flooded room, but given another (better) room to compensate for inconvenience

Amazingly friendly staff, who are looking to help and accommodate the guests. The building is picturesque and leaves a feeling of old eras. Lovely view from the terraces and excellent location for roaming around the old town. The breakfast is very rich and tasty.

The location was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good.
I originally booked a single room, which was located right in front of the reception and was extremely noisy. I requested a room change and had to pay extra for it, but even after paying more, I was still disappointed because it was not worth the money at all. The room was very cold, the TV did not work, at night there was no warm water, and there was mold on the ceiling. A fairly ambitious attempt at combining discomfort, inconvenience, and poor maintenance into one stay.
