Very good

Location was close to the harbour, restaurant and shops. Swimming pool was good. Beds were great.

Breakfast could be better. I did not like the coffee that much.

Lovely holiday and you get what you pay for, simple rooms which were clean and comfortable.

Great location, with a lovely view of the beach and port. Staff were very friendly and room was clean.

No hot water in the evening for a shower. Fridge door wouldn’t close, the hairdryer had one temperature ‘too hot’ and the breakfast was the same everyday.

Uncomfortable stay.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and we simply loved it, we even gave it an 8,8 rating back then so imagine the surprise factor when we saw how fast and how far it has backslid in just three short years. A lot of things were falling apart in the room - the door knobs, handles, shower curtain, curtain rail, ... - all came falling down with the slightest touch. The plastic-made shower head's surface had flaked so much that it cut my face while showering. Water pressure was close to zero so showering and flushing the toilet were a serious challenge. While the room was generally clean, the toilet obviously had not been brushed for a long time and it was not a good sight. The A/C in the room had its own mind, whatever temperature we set it to, it would just start blowing freezing air after a while. We literally set it to 30 degrees one day just to see what would happen and woke up to freezing air. Both of us fell sick because of it, had to start taking cold medication, and wasted 3-4 days of our week-long vacation. We also spent two sleepless nights staying awake when the room was all of a sudden filled with a water dripping sound that was amplified with an echo. Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip,.. all through the night. Torture. While all this is already enough to question why we paid to have such an uncomfortable stay, the host's lack of sense of accountability did not help ease the torture. The guy ran away from taking any responsibility and any action like he's running away from fire. He puts so much effort into not lifting a finger, comes up with so many excuses and continuously attempts to change the subject to tell a too long life story. Since we couldn't go far due to being queasy on cold medication, this guy turned into our entertainment: we started betting on how long his monologue would be this time around, what excuse he'd come up with to avoid solving a problem, how many times he'd mention an ex-girlfriend,...

One of the best selections in the island

One cannot find a better location in the island's capital; it is located near the city center no need for transportation one can go everywhere on foot. People are extremely hospitable and friendly, they make you feel at home.

The rooms are a bit small and the amenities could be improved.

Good

Basic hotel with breakfast in central location. Helpful and nice staff.

A renovation is required as there were many broken tiles in the rooms. Breakfast could have more options too.

Staff was great, George was extremely friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to beach, Pigadia center, shops, restaurants, and markets. Clean, and breakfast is ok. Pool area is adequate.

We were traveling with my mom, the room is fine for a family with a child but not for 3 adults. Not enough space for suitcases. No counter space in the bathroom (no where to put our toiletries), also no fan in the washroom, nor window....very steamy after showering.

Superb

Good wi-fi and comfortable beds. Location on the edge of town with good sea / port views. Quiet area close to the beach cand slept well.

Adequate hanging space but no drawers. No space in bathroom for toiletries. Breakfast was the same for a week but could vary and wasn't a problem.

Clean, comfortable place to stay within walking distance of everything. Kind and helpful staff.

I would have appreciated an inside lock on the door, which seemed not set in the frame correctly. I would have also appreciated some variety in the breakfast, which was good but the same every day.

Would definitely stay at Atlantis again! Super kind staff, breakfast great. The rooms and bed were comfortable, really enjoyed the small balcony. Super cute pool area. Room were clean and cozy. Thank you Atlantis! 😍

Good location in pigadia near everything

Location is fine to explore the island and walk to restaurants and shops in pigadia.

the noise at night in front of the hotel. It’s better to pick a room in the back with pool view and silence.

Great location, right in the centre

The hotel was very easy to walk to from the port (10 mins) and just off the main pedestrian street. It’s very close to the bus station (2-3 mins), a supermarket/ atm and beach as well as the super selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is very Covid safe and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool was very clean and well maintained.
