The breakfast is awesome and the outside part of this pousada is beautiful.
They don’t have drinkable water in the room, towels are poor quality and you need to ask for a hair dryer. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.
I was disappointed with my request for an anniversary bubbly, they sent by email a rose and I asked to not have a rose. Got there with a rose in the fridge and 2 roses on my bill. They removed it on check out when I told them we didn’t drink it.
The location is way too far from Capivari. Uber is not a thing in Campos do Jordão, the stuff helped with taxi. First night worked fine. The second night we tried to do the same, asked the front desk to call a taxi, passed 40min I decided to check with the front desk and they said they were sure someone was coming. We waited 20 more min and decided to drive. I felt bad that they didn’t even try to call again or were more honest about the drive.

"Very confortable bed and room.
Squirrels coming on the window to be fed are super cute. The place is very cute itself and romantic. The nets outside with a green view provide for good moments of relax..."
