Location is good , easily can get public buses. Apartment is spaces and with good facilities. Feel like home.

Exceptional Staff, from the minute we arrived we were shown around and to our room. Flavi was excellent and provided lots of information about the apartments. Chris was also excellent providing insight and genuine care to ensure we had a great stay
Waterfront room was approximately 6 metres from bedroom sliding door
Wifi was poor
It was a bit older than expected but still very comfortable.

What a fantastic place! We would love to keep this gem to ourselves. Pacific Lagoon exceeded expectations and made for a comfortable, peaceful home base during our 8 day stay. Friendly staff and wonderful location. We loved using the kayaks to explore the lagoon, and the easy walk (or bus) to local restaurants and downtown made it a convenient place while also being just a bit off the beaten path.
The WiFi was intermittent at times, but ultimately suited our needs.

The staff were so helpful, going out of their way to help. It was a very quiet and peaceful location. Very easy to get a bus and with a couple of great restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful views and we felt like we had it all to ourselves most of the time. Great amount of space in our two bedroom accommodation.
There was only airconditioning in the main bedroom which might be an issue if it was very hot. We had a few plumbing issues but staff did their utmost to address these.
