Very good for the low price

Your room is directly at the sea. The view is fantastic. We had two rooms next to each other. It was like a tiny house with its own terrace. It's very quiet.

We wanted to check out but noone was at the counter. We waited 30 minutes. Then we just put the keys on the table and left.

Great rooms very close to pier

Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms with sea view right next to the Nadang pier. The rooms come with soundproofing which is rare in Asia. Bed and pillows very comfy. Owner David was a pleasure to communicate with - he was very helpful in providing information and assisting us before and during our stay. He also gave us a free room upgrade which was appreciated.

Sadly there were some things that made the place not the best choice for us traveling as a family. Being located between a road and the busy waterfront and boar pier, the place is noisy all day (luckily pretty quiet at night!) which meant it did not feel relaxing to sit out on the balcony. Also, there are steep concrete steps leading to the bungalow and no railing on the balcony which isn’t ideal for old people, children or those with mobility issues. We were also sad to learn that the on-site restaurant was no longer in operation despite it being mentioned online and in the signs outside the bungalows. It would have been nice if we could have had some food or drink here, given that most restaurants are quite far or not open all day! Instead, the staff were cooking for their friends who came to party and hang out every afternoon. Whilst I can’t fault the rooms and the good value they provide, or the helpfulness of the management, I feel that this place would be better suited for those looking for easiness over beach bliss and who want to be close to the pier, the town amenities and action. It wasn’t for us, but it may well be for you! :)

Passable

The rooms are basic but was clean .the view is fantastic.

There was a party every night loud music screaming .the people next to me complained and got moved .never any staff around in daytime .don't book if you are unsteady on your feet really big steps no handrails anywhere .it' has some beautiful views the staff are friendly when you can find one .I did enjoy my stay days were peaceful.

Amazing view.

Close to the pier, easy but comfortable, amazing view of the ocean directly from the bed(glas doors) Pretty smal rooms, but hey, you aren't there very much anyways :)

Not handicapped friendly or if you have small children it will be pretty hard to access the rooms due to uneven and big steppes.

good price for the accommodations.

Really nice staff and great villas in a location close to the pier. Unfortunately a lot of noise from the pier at night time too.

A lot of plastic in front of the cabins coming from the pier near by. a shame they didn’t clean it up.

nice view and cute little house

The room had a nice view to the sea, with a cute little terrace to sit and read. It’s located within walking distance to the ferry pier and also to the main area with a lot of restaurants and bars and a nice beach.

Because it was so close to the pier you can hear boats and ferries coming and going, it is not super loud but you can hear it. Also there was a bit of mould in the bathroom which is probably inevitable since there is no window in the bathroom.

Convenient location / Comfy and clean room with splendid seaview

Very convenient location 5 minutes walk from the pier and 10 minutes walk to Saikaew beach. The seaview in front of the room was splendid and the room was super clean and very comfy. All the value is worth the price we paid.

Pleasent stay

Seaview was fantastic. Plenty of space outside to do BBQ, fishing or just to watch the waves whole day, pretty much what I did for a week.

Too many street dogs outside the room...prevented my movement, especially in the evenings, did not want to take the risk!! Perhaps some information from the reception about the area would be useful, particularly for first timers. Currently the hotel doesn't serve food - it would be good if they could set up some arrangements with local restaurants, to deliver food.

Excellent seaside location, sea approximately 20 feet away! Clean, very comfortable beds, fresh towels/water/toiletries every day.

Hotel review stated “best breakfast’, which was important to us. However, kitchen was closed so no food available at all. This was only highlighted 2 days prior to our arrival. Disappointing.

This property met and exceeded our expectations and was excellent value for money.

The property was well described and met with our expectations. Whilst the room is small, it is well decorated, clean and has all the facilities that we needed. Location is very convenient and just 5 meters from the water. Highly recomended.

If you have any mobility issues, this property is not for you. This is not a criticism rather an observation. The pathways are quaint but quite uneven and not so easy to walk. However this leads to the charm here.

Cute little places with beautiful view.

It was near the main pier so very convenient. They didnt have breakfast but was near a few places that did offer. Cute animals around and basic needs were met. Lovely people.

I think in general the litter on the island could improve if everyone helped keep it clean, I had the opportunity to do some island cleaning but dont understand why i had to pay 200B for the park if its not kept clean, But in general I love the Island and all the people on it.

Great view, very clean room.

The small cottages are directly on the rocks at the sea, great view even from your bed ( big windows)

Too small room for our hughe lagguage ;-). But room rate is fair... if you want a similar nice view with bigger room you must be prepared to pay more.
