Staff were friendly and it's a great location. Room was a decent size.
Booked a garden view room, we were right above all the many Aircon units etc with no view. 1 window didn't open at all. Tried to book breakfast for the next morning but there was no availability. Understood re the renovations happening, but the bar available didn't have many drinks to choose from. Aircon doesn't do much and didn't want to leave the 1 window open through the night because of the noise of the units outside right the window.
Not worth the £197 per night rate unfortunately.
