- Location: 3 min walking to subway, where you can get to the cable car in 5min
- Staff: very friendly, kind, and helpful. Special thanks to Dragan 😉
- Indoor pool: great to have an indoor pool!
- Breakfast: nice buffet with options from eggs, bacon, cheese and ham to jam, cake, Nutella and honey
- Balconies: 2 spacious balconies
- Laundry service was excellent. 15 euros for a whole bag of clothes and delivered to the room folded
- Super Summer Card: only 5 euros and they give them to you in 10min!
- Housekeeping: every day you get the room cleaned
- Beds: too soft, pillows too big. Sofa bed, where our daughter was sleeping, was tilted.

Close to the bus stop from Landeck-Zam, easy to find. Close to a subway station within Serfaus (free) so you don't have to walk far. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Balcony had lovely views and a table.
Sommercard provided which was fabulous
No air conditioning or fans available in summer.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, das Schwimmbad ist nicht zu groß, aber sehr schön gemacht.
Die Matratzen in den Betten sollten ausgetauscht werden, das gilt auch für die Kopfkissen. Die Einrichtung in dem Wohnbereich sind auch in Jahre gekommen.
