A good expérience. Though Villa Aruch is not in the city center, it is close to a convenient tram station. The advantage is that it is in a very calm area, allowing you to avoid the crowded, noisy city-center hotels. In your apartment, you feel at home. All the amenities are available, and the staff is friendly.
Nothing serious. Clients should not expect a hotel with the usual services associated with this structure.

The lady at the reception was very helpful and willing to help, gentle and kind. The place was quiet , cosy with its own parking wich was very good.
I stayed one more time in the past and it was much better ( Bigger room ).Maybe it was the room they game me ,because it was not so good as those photos at Booking.It had an extra problem with the heating , finaly solved.

The apartament was very spacious and clean, the building has a designer soul and the garden is really cozy. The place feels safe and it is a walk away from the tram stop (total of 30-40 minutes from the city centre)
We had a problem with air conditioning - it happens, nobody's fault - the management dealt with it professionally and we were impressed by the attitude and all the effort put in solving the trouble.
The city tax was an unpleasant surprise (in Florence being higher than anywhere else we stayed so far) We accept it has to be paid but it would be fair to mention the cost before booking
