Great family run guest house , they are very very friendly and helpful ..we arrived in pouring rain and the hosts dad was kind enough to transport us and our luggage from the car park so we didn’t get wet !!! very clean and comfortable rooms .Tram into the city and all of the main attractions right outside the door . Nice local places to eat in the evening if you don’t want to to be directly in the middle of Florence city . We stayed with our little dog and enjoyed our stay very much .Would come back here again .

Beautiful room with ensuite bathroom, comfy beds (you may ask for single beds). Shower, hairdryer, iron, a small private courtyard in room 4. The common kitchen is quite big and very clean. Lovely! Mind there is stairs, only one floor upstairs. Bonus: the tram/bus to the center is outside the door, it takes about 10 minutes to get to Santa Maria Novella train station and from there you can walk to all the beauties of Florence. All kind of shops in the nearby. If you travel by car the property has also a private park, ask for it.
