Good location, nice beach at the hotel. Clean and nice room. Well mantained

I don’t know if the restaurant was part of the hotel but the service was not the best. Waiter looked overworked

The property was right on the water which was beautiful. Has a restaurant right next door which was really handy after long days on our boat tours. The staff were super helpful.

For some reason the floor was constantly damp (probably humidity)?

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Rita and Turtle.

Given all the rave reviews, I had high expectations, but we were sadly pretty disappointed. On our last 2 days (of 4), the pool was bright green and had to be closed down. The restaurant also sold us expired (by a few months!) and moldy yogurt on our first day. The next morning, we went to pour milk in our coffee, and noted it was expired by a few months as well. When we pointed it out to the server, she went in the back and brought milk back out in a silver non-descript container (meaning we couldn’t confirm what she did with the old milk). Needless to say, we did not eat at the restaurant again.
