Very good location, 3 min walk from Hyogo station which is only 3 stops from Sannomiya, but none of the noise!
Hotel is basic and a bit dated, but clean and beds are comfortable. Shower was very powerful and the provided toiletries are of good quality.
There's a Lawsons nearby for any necessities, and a few restaurants too.
The pillows are quite firm (Japanese style, filled with buckwheat?) a softer option would be better for my neck.

Well situated close to the station
The hotel deserves some refurbishing. Especially the carpets look old and over worn, they give the impression it’s not clean.
