The hotel was clean, comfotable and the staff friendly. It was only a 6 min walk from the train station, and was close to points of interest too.

spotless, near train and city center, smart room sockets in right locations, fast wifi, green hotel, good taste in bed/bath linens 😍, designed well and hope they become the model of all . nice fixtures. spacious elevator. easy checking and checkout.

at least 1 English news channel difficult to have in Spain.

Great design, beautifully decorated. Perfectly clean

1) the woman in charge was polite and professional but not very kind 2) though this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, still the green safety illumination in the room had a great bad impact on my confort. I found it hard to sleep with a green light on all night.

Nice new accommodation, but still requires some improvement

Nice small building in the center, with recent refurbishment, all new inside. Room size and cleanliness was perfect, Our room was facing an interior courtyard, so it was very quiet, as we had requested. We also requested parking (which is in a nearby underground garage), but our spot had been occupied by someone else. However, the hotel staff were kind enough to organize an alternative solution and return the money we'd paid for the parking.

The led headboard lights in our room would flicker on and off after they warmed up, so it was necessary to keep the main lights on, if you wanted to read. The TV reception was so bad, that we couldn't even get the local channels. There was no hairdryer available. We loved how they kept some old details in the refurbishment, like the old brick wall and the old main doors, but our bedroom decor was so minimalistic, the room would be perfect in a convent...a little added color would be nice.

It's everything you need to stay a couple of days. The rooms are small but comfy and enough :)

Nice comfy place far from the city noise

Clean above all. Well located: close to the train station and to the city center but not too close to the noisy spots in the town.

The room was somehow cold. The AC was not on but at night there was a chill unexpected. Nothing unbearable as it was May. More bath toiletries would have been welcome.

Superb

Such a great location. Loved the smell of fresh clean sheets when we entered the room. Comfy bed and pillows, lovely shower, well fitted out space. Pleasant staff. Lovely place across the road on the corner for drinks and tappas. Close to the bus/train stations and everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay again!

A clean and quiet room with a modern vibe conveniently located in a real neighborhood.

The hotel is in an older building that has been beautifully remodeled and updated. The location is a short walk from both the train station and the old town. I loved the feel of the neighborhood - the bar next door is busy all day long.

No hair dryer.

Cleanlinesses was absolutely perfect, location also, easy to get in any time, without the staff

The smell of the bathroom, we have to use the extractor frequently.

Two nights in Valladolid

The location suited me as was very close to the train station. Check in was very straight forward..the room and bathroom very clean and bed very comfortable.. when leaving I asked could I leave my luggage for a period of time while I waited for the train.. walking distance to the center is 10-15 minutes

Room was very small..ok for single occupancy but for two people would be very cramped..the heat was on in the room and couldn't turn off so had to open window

Very pleasant, quiet, and the room was always spotless.

Room was very comfortable. The wifi was great.

There were no staff visible, except for the maids occasionally. No one ever mans the reception desk; they have an intercom outside the main door but it's exact role was not obvious.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent and even in the city centre the noise was not listened on the room.
