Küche hervorragend !
Personal sehr nett, zuvorkommend, extrem freundlich
Die Einrichtung meines Zimmers. Es gab keinen Stuhl, nur einen Hocker, auf dem "Bänkli" war der Fernseher platziert ...
Es hat mich nicht gestört, da ich mich tagsüber nicht im Zimmer aufgehalten habe. Aber abends Fernsehen wäre schon sehr unbequem !

Nahe vom Heidsee.
Personal unfreundlich schlecht verständlich Reception.
Sportler eher erwünscht? Zimmer einfach, aber funktionell eingerichtet.
Ich hätte mir ein Safe gewünscht.

The room was big and had a balcony, which was nice. The outdoor areas seemed nice but the weather was too bad to utilise them. Very close to the lift, and there was free parking. The breakfast was also quite good. They had nice little sitting rooms, which were nice to read in.
Booking is by people, not by room, so we were charged extra for 2 people even though I booked a room that slept 2. There is no hot tub; it's an extremely disappointing single-person soaker tub in the middle of the wellness room that you have to pay CHF 5 for. The wellness room also smelled a bit of urine. The gym is also just a treadmill, rower and elliptical.
