The room was very clean spacious well equipped and functional. The gym on the 18th floor was also good. Staff very kind and helpful. It's located within a shopping centre so the shopping is very comfortable and convenient. It's a bit away from the city centre. It has a warm extremely large underground shelter with comfortable chairs to sit or lay on. No couches or beds though. The hotel sirens advise you when the air raid alert is on or off.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Kyiv! From the moment we arrived, a lady at a reception was welcoming and professional. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. A special thanks to the receptionist who assisted us - your kindness, attention to detail, and warm attitude made a real difference. Truly appreciated!

Anna at reception..nothing was too much trouble and always a smile on her face. A top class representative for your company. Her colleague was also very good but probably a little less experienced. They moved me from a smelly suite to a room that was cold but when I returned it was lovely and warm; a heater had been placed in there.
The bed was quite soft but very comfortable. Sheets and towels and towelling robes were really clean and white and very pleasureable to have in the room. The people side is excellent.
The tea selection was mainly green tea which I don't drink and no milk powder (I am English ).Lighting was on the dim side for me. Breakfast egg sandwich was not what I expected. I expected egg+ mayonnaise + maybe chopped green onions or parsely. Pleasant but not really an egg sandwich. Drapes looks a little dated and tired. It is a long way from the centre of Kiev say 20 KMS.
