The host was very nice and helpful, a dedicated lockable building for our cycles which was very much appreciated. Room was a bit on the small side for a family of 4 but okay as we were only there for a night. The decor is a bit dated but it does give the place a bit of character, no complaints. Beds were comfy and windows opened so a nice breeze was available. Was also nice to see the old picture on the wall of the hotel over the years. It's not the Ritz but it was good value for money.
The hotel is across the road from the station and looked like it could be a bit sketchy later in the evening.
