The staff were friendly and helpful, and suggested a day tour that suited our needs. We also were able to wait there after check out and while waiting for transport which was helpful.
We were on the bottom floor, the people in the room above were very noisy when walking around. The fish was not cooked, we sent it back twice but still was not rectified. They were kind enough to credit the cost of these meals on check out.

The hotel is in a wonderful hillside location with great sea views. The pool and restaurant share those views and are great locations for good food and relaxing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being above the main town the hotel is very quiet. We had a late flight out of Santo and the hotel happily gave us a late check out at no extra cost.
While very clean the rooms are dated and would benefit from renovation.

Really nice property looking over Lugainville. The resort is small very well kept, nice restaurant and the owners really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, they organised for us a really cool Mt Hope and river “drifting experience” which ended up being very much of a highlight to ginish our Journey in Santo, and all the staff were really lovely.
You can ask for a laundry wash at a very reasonable price if staying a couple of days
Great experience, deginitely above expectations!
