Vanburgh Hotel Guangzhou

A wonderful stay with exceptional staff and amazing food and service at Banana Leaf! I booked the Vanburgh Hotel in Guangzhou for a business trip and had a wonderful five-night stay. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and a lovely place to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional, and their willingness to help made me feel well looked after throughout my visit. The breakfast was great and a lovely way to start each morning before heading out for work. The warm hospitality throughout the hotel made my business trip even more enjoyable. The Banana Leaf restaurant at the hotel was another highlight. The food was amazing, and the restaurant staff were cheerful and welcoming, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. Their singing was fantastic and brought so much fun to the evening. Together with their attentive service, it made dining there a memorable experience. I would especially like to recognise Mia from the Banana Leaf restaurant, who truly went out of her way to help. She even shared her direct WeChat contact so I could reach her for assistance with ordering food, questions about the menu, or checking the restaurant’s opening hours. Whenever I contacted her, she always responded in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner. She made me feel that no question was too much trouble, and her willingness to help made everything so much easier during my stay. That level of personal attention and genuine hospitality deserves special recognition. Thank you, Mia, for making my experience at Banana Leaf so memorable! I would highly recommend the Vanburgh Hotel for a business trip or a holiday, and the Banana Leaf restaurant is well worth a visit. Thank you to both teams for such a wonderful experience!
