The room had plenty of space and bathroom was comfortable. Staff were nice. Location near university and Klagenfurt West station.
In summer it was unbearably hot, as there is no airconditioning nor fan. Luckily the window could be opened, but that only helped in the night.

The check-in experience was seamless and well-communicated process. Despite arriving late at night when the reception was closed, they had thoughtfully provided detailed information and clear instructions in advance, ensuring a hassle-free entry. Guests are also treated to a complimentary breakfast, adding a delightful touch to the stay. The room itself was immaculate, maintaining both cleanliness and tidiness, which contributed significantly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of the stay.

The location as it was a short walk to the beautiful lake and the excellent breakfast
There is also an interesting British war cemetery very close by if you like history
Booking.com has the check in wrong time. Check in is at 16:00 not 15:00
The receptionist was dismissive when I mentioned this telling me that I should have read the hostels emails and not the email from booking.com
Not a good start to the stay
