First, shoutout to Emma who was a wonderful liaison. She provided a detailed email The location of our stay was central to all of the activities we wanted to do. We didn't have to drive more than a few minutes in either direction. There were walkable food options and lovely views. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen had what we needed, including tableware and a high chair for children. We appreciated the little touches, like including dishwasher and laundry soap! A/C worked great in the summer. Parking was very convenient.
There was a mismatch between the wifi information on the fridge and in the welcome packet. Should be an easy fix!

Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful.
Loved the Taphouse for food, drinks and vibe,
Great facilities like drying rooms, onsens, games and nearby shops, rental, restaurants and transport.
All rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains and in spring it's surrounded by Sakura.
Was amazing value and plenty of room for people, gear and luggage.

Staff were friendly and the location was convenient for ski bus and town. The room was big but I did stay on my own and great views of the mountain.
The room wasn’t that comfy - couldnt control the heating and the bathroom was weird. Very basic standard breaky which appeared to be standard for this area of Japan.
