junior staff was good.
the view is ok but defintely not worth the price, especially if they put you in one of the lower floors where the view is ruined by the car park.
the building sits against a steep street: the living room of our suite was below street level, which meant extremely little light or air could come in. We could only open one of the very small windows through a button: for the other one we were offered (not as a joke) a ladder. This doesn't match any of the pictures on booking.com or their website (and it was not clarified anywhere when we booked).
they make you pay for anything from the minifridge, including water, including for the first night: when you are paying more than 160 a night, it feels like such a cheap move.
bathroom's window can't be opened.
no phone signal in the room due to the above-mentioned steep street.
at checkout I learnt, by overhearing the receptionist mention it to another guest, that hotel guests can have a discount at two nearby restaurants: we weren't told this, despite asking for suggestions on place to eat, and funnily enough we ate at both restaurants.
