Exceptional

The studios are situated in a lovely, picturesque village 10 minutes away from Neos Marmaras, surrounded by olive trees and with splendid views of the sea and Kelifos island. The place is impeccably clean, quiet, cozy and modern. Comfortable beds, nice terrace to serve dinner and admire the sunsets. Beautiful, small and clean swimming pool, a real plus especially when travelling with kids 😊 The hosts are warm and friendly, a very nice example of Greek hospitality, treating us with home made muffins, pancakes, donuts; kids loved this!

A laundry machine would have been useful otherwise all was excellent.

Relaxing family holidays away from the crowded coastal towns.

Perfect view at the sea, clean and new room and conveniently located at the entry of the village with good parking options. Very nice staff with a personal touch.

All in all, for our family it was perfect: a charming place in the heart of Sithonia.

The property is in a charming traditional village from where you can see the amazing sea and landscape of Sithonia, at its best. It’s quiet, clean, spacious and all looks new and shiny. The owners are warm and friendly and made us several times delicious sweets. The studio was completely cleaned every 3 days. The pool with a view was perfect for lazy afternoons. Right next to Thea’s, it’s Oreiades Cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast with very good value for money made by two wonderful ladies: Maria and Katerina. I would say that Thea’s is a rare finding, close to the sea, but far from the crowds, perfect if you want to feel and fully enjoy Greece.

Beautiful village with very beautiful houses in traditional style. Amazing view from the top of the village. The road to the village is joyful, in the middle of olive trees with beautiful view to the mountain. Very beautiful, modern white studio equiped with everything you need. Clean pool. Lovely hosts.

Beautiful apartment in the little village of Parthenonas, very friendly hosts and incredible views!

Very cosy, quiet, modern and clean apartment with a terrace and exceptional view of the sea and Kelifos island. The sunsets were gorgeous. The hosts are wonderful, Maria gave us many tips for visits and restaurants, Cristina made us a free omelette and muffins and was very sweet all round. The pool is also a very welcome feature of the villa and a great place to relax by. Our room also had a Nespresso machine!

Beautiful studio in forested area with sea views

Thea Studios are a lovely set of apartments located in the forested hill city of Parthenonas with a splendid view of the sea. The studio was very clean and the linens and beds very comfortable. Elena and her mother, Cristina, are very kind and brought us treats during our stay. The swimming pool is a real plus and is also very clean. The terrace overlooking the sea, olive groves, and pool is huge.

We were two friends and the studio was great for us. The description said that the room sleeps 4 adults. That might be a bit tight. But we were very comfortable.

High quality stylish studio with wonderful sea view.

Wonderful view of the sea. Very stylish and high quality studio. Very kind and friendly owner family. Beautiful small swimming pool. Very quiet place, ideal to rest. Beautiful small village with walking trails and several tavernas and bars. Road 5 km to the sea.

A little paradise

We loved our stay at Thea studios. Parthenonas is a lovely little village up in the forest, away from the busy bustle of Chalkidiki’s seaside resorts, but just a short drive away from the fantastic beaches Sithonia is famous for. The studio itself was modern and equipped with everything we needed, including good wifi. The view from the terrace is magical overlooking myriads of olive trees stretching down to the sea. The landlady is lovely and extremely welcoming, making sure we had all our needs met and even surprising us with a homemade breakfast. We will definitely be coming back.

A big beautiful and very clean studio with large veranda and fantastic view and a pool ! You feel at home with the kindness of the owner . She demonstrates all along your stay the famous Greek Philoxenia ! Parthenonas is the most authentic and beautiful village of SITHONIA . Very comfortable mattress from COCOMAT company (natural Greek high quality firm) so very You can either take your breakfast in your private veranda thanks to your small kitchen or easily take your breakfast at the nextdoor (less than 1 minute by foot) « Oreiades » café which provides authentix Greek products Thea view is the place to stay if you want to enjoy SITHONIA avoiding big and crowdy hotels and discover authentic Greece and its filoxenia

Very nice place for family! Quite and spacious for the baby/kid to play.. Kitchen with cutlery to cook food for the baby (>1 year) and a quite big balcony with an amazing view

Stunning Studio with Panoramic Views

Absolutely fantastic ! We stayed here for 10 days and it really was 10 days of relaxation . A Beautiful villa (lots of individual touches) which was extremely clean , had excellent facilities and wonderful panoramic views. Our superb host Cristina also provided wonderful home cooked breakfasts and welcomed us with such warmth and kindness . We would have no hesitation to stay here again and recommend to friends and family, as it really was just fantastic.

If we could do it again we would not change a thing.....

Very clean and spacious, a really relaxing place with kind hosts. We were really surprised when we got there, the host waited for us with treats and was very kind. The place and the view is amazing, it is quiet and really good for relaxing.

There isn't anything we did not like.
