Location was close to the tram stop with connections to city centre and train station. Apartment itself is in older building and emits nostalgia. Windows are facing north and don’t get much direct sunlight, which is good in hot summer, but might not be great during the rest of the year. Kitchen had basics covered.
The toilet was problematic, an older type with narrow sink and impossible to flush.
Hot water has been a mystery, the heater was setup to work automatically during certain times of day but no explanation was provided. If a family of three wants to take a shower after a hot summer day, they might run out of hot water at night.
Apartment door is not easy to close, needs to be locked, making a need for 2 sets of keys if someone goes out to buy groceries and does not want to leave others locked out.
There was a coffee machine with capsules, but they were not included in accommodation fee and were charged extra. I haven’t experienced something like this anywhere else in past 3 years.
