Price is good. Motel provide iron+iron board (at kaunter). There is water filter at kaunter. Have water heater in room. Have table top sink in room.
There is dead cockroach in room. Air cond is old. Sugar provided at kaunter have bugs in it.

It's a bit far from the center, but the trips are very quick by scooter!
There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. If the bathroom door was left open, the smell spread throughout the entire room. Poor water flow in the shower.

Place was calm and surrounded by a less people.
Washroom Flush needed maintenance which was done on second day after our checkin and bed was very uncomfortable.
